History
Dudley C. Dunlop opened his law practice in the 1950s in Clayton. Thomas M. Lang began practicing law in 1971 and commenced practice in association with Dudley in 1984. Dudley’s children Brian D. Dunlop and Elizabeth Dunlop McCarter later joined the practice in the 1980s. The group purchased their former location of 7905 Forsyth Blvd. in 1992 and sold the building in March 2022. Dudley C. Dunlop died in 2003; Dudley’s children Brian and Elizabeth “Beth” carry on the practice today at 8909 Ladue Rd, St. Louis, MO 63124.

Elizabeth Dunlop McCarter
Elizabeth "Beth" McCarter is an accomplished lawyer, mother, wife and runner. She practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration and guardianship of adults and minors. Beth is married to W. Dudley McCarter, a partner at Behr McCarter & Potter, P.C.. Beth and Dudley have three lovely daughters.

Brian Dunlop
Brian Dunlop is a long-time lawyer, judge and Mr. Fix-It-Man. He and his wife, Dorcas Dunlop, a successful real estate agent, live in Webster Groves. Their only daughter Taylor Dunlop Granneman is also a lawyer in Missouri. Brian practices in the areas of family law, child custody and Guardian Ad Litem representation.
